Winemaker’s Comments
The grapes are from two different vineyard sites that give a range of ripeness and hence different flavours
The structure of the wine reflects the soil type, the heavier soils provide body and structure, the lighter soils
add fresh aromatics. This wine shows ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours, hints of mineral characters and subtle
spicy oak from barrique fermentation. The wine was made in a light oak style with the main focus on fruit.
Enjoy with chicken, pork or seafood dishes.
Screw top closure is used to preserve fresh fruit flavours and to allow the wine to age gracefully and reach its
full potential with no bottle-to-bottle variation.
